1. What is the problem?
2. Why solve it?
3. When is it needed?
4. How to solve it?
5. With what tools?
Leadership must provide all the answers to these 5 questions and the answers to these five questions must be a shared & must be common among all stake holders working on that product.
Success of the product depends on how well the organization answers these questions. As you can see there is no right or wrong answer and the organization is judged on how good the answers were!
